Chef Stevie's service was excellent and the musicians he served were musicians who have experienced great food all over the world. My reason for having Chef Stevie cater for my dear musician friends was to say thank you to them for having supported me for twenty - nine years at the Idyllwild Arts Academy. Chef Stevie brought prepared hors d' oeuvres to my house for a late evening cocktail party. He created two of the items just for my party. Everything was a hit. I will definitely use him again, and recommend him. I could not have been more pleased with the presentation and the tastes...it was a feast for the eyes and taste buds! Now I need to take a drive to Idyllwild to dine a Tommy's. Thank you for making my little cocktail party a success!

Graduated from California Culinary Academy of San Fransico. Apprenticed in Europe following CCA. Well rounded resume and large reference list.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients have been a wide range of people from professional athletes, Grammy award winning musicians, a lifetime achievement award winner from the actors guild, an Olympic athlete, a US secretary of defense, to my high school and childhood friends and back to winemakers, PHD's and ivy league collage professors.
