Graduated from California Culinary Academy of San Fransico. Apprenticed in Europe following CCA. Well rounded resume and large reference list.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients have been a wide range of people from professional athletes, Grammy award winning musicians, a lifetime achievement award winner from the actors guild, an Olympic athlete, a US secretary of defense, to my high school and childhood friends and back to winemakers, PHD's and ivy league collage professors.
