Introduction: I, Valeriy Syutkin, coach & owner of ValeriyProTrainer business, have 16 yrs of experience as a certified trainer & nutritionist, 10 of which was competing. I have over 40 contests under my belt. I was the Ukrainian 2013 Open Body Building Champion and in that same year won “BEST POSER OF THE YEAR” by IFBB of Ukraine. My clients have placed 1st in the Ukrainian IFBB championships and TOP 5 in the IFBB World Championship. My Eastern European methodology of volume training is a 180 degree difference from most US coaches. Each club member will receive a protocol specifically dialed in for them. From the nutrition, to the supplements, and training routine, all will vary monthly and sometimes weekly as each team member requires. I am a hands-on Coach that leaves nothing to chance.
