- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Would love an initial conversation that would provide the customer with any answers to questions and allow them to get to know us as a company and what we can provide for them. We also believe that one should meet the customer at their home or business so we can thoroughly understand the needs and desires for the customer and how we can provide the best solution. All quotes and walk-throughs are provided at no charge and come with no immediate pressure to buy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees are licensed in NC to sell, install and repair security Alarms and low voltage. Part of our licensing is that we must maintain a certain amount of education each year to retain our license.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family has owned American Burglar Alarms since before I was born so you can say I was born in to it. I ended up working here during college and have remained here for about 10 years.
