- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very reasonably & competitively priced unbundled services for unrepresented people that only want us to fill out their family law forms. In addition to that, we offer full represented client services for dissolutions, modifications, petitions, responses, restraining orders, Domestic Violence TRO's, PRO's, etc. For full representation, our regular hourly rates are $90 for our paralegal, $150 for our Senior Paralegal and $325 for our Senior Partner Attorney.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We personally speak to you and find out your issues and needs. We will interview you to determine the best course of action. After working out a payment plan and strategic program with our client, we proceed with your case. For our work & auto accident clients, we don't charge unless we win ansd settle your case. For our criminal & family cases, we charge very reasonable rates and payment plans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides my education from UCLA and my JD in Law, I have over 30 years in the legal field in negotiations, settlements, mediations, hearings, trials and I have helped many people with their legal issues. I have been a licensed attorney since 1999 and have represented thousands of clients for different legal matters.
