- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of our price our on a standard .gutter cleans start at 100 dollars and house wash start out 200.house cleaning starts out at 75 for small apt studios and go up depending on Sq ft and what customers request. Moving has a standard price we charge $160 for first hour ( which includes truck) , $95 an hour after first for 3 men for all your moving needs assembly /disassembly needs,.99 a mile . This would include; truck, gas, milage. If there is no truck needed than $90 for 3 men, or $80 for two men an hour. We require a two hour mim. For large furniture ( safe, piano, pool tables)would be extra depending on size. We strap, blanket, and pad all furniture.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases customers call or emails us the service they are looking for.Within 2 to 4hrs we respond to customers emails or messages with a call back from our staff members .we schedule a time to come out and give a free quote to customer.After couple days we follow up with a price and estimated time to complete for customer and set a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have spent last 3 yrs perfecting our cleaning methods to stay up with today's green way of cleaning .we have had all all cleaning biodegradable products now for the last 3 yrs and can clean it better and safer using a sister company for all our cleaning products to provide today's best cleaning for our customers .we attend all shows and seminars on newest methods and products to offer our customers the best. When moving we treat your furniture just like we would ours. We strap,blanket, and pad all furniture to protect it better.we use dollys for all your appliances.we take pride and extra time to insure your stuff is moved and transported safely .
