As a business consultant and a coach, I always look for great people and companies that can support my client's success. One of my client's website got severely hacked, their emails got blacklisted and vendors and customers were not getting orders through. It was kind of a business nightmare! We had tried temporary fixes with other companies but nothing worked very well. Till we found Joseph with NetPointDesigns, who turned out to be exactly what the company needed. He has been very patient in explaining the transition from old website to the new platform and new website hosting, including email hosting. He is very fast at making changes and flexible with our unique needs - we said one day, "the next week the new site needs to be up, the old site is blacklisted even by google!" Joseph made it happen. And the company's owner is already talking about having Joseph rework our other old website, which is another DBA of the company.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Monday is my "Learning Day." I spend that time going through tutorials, reading about design trends, and learning new skills. It's crucial that my knowledge stays up-to-date, so that I can provide the best services and advice possible to my clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The original concept of NetPointDesigns started just after the millennium and was geared towards the development of online transactions. The explosion of the Internet at that time had everyone scrabbling to establish a website or unique web based application. With the skills our team possessed it was an easy transition to begin building websites and web based applications. Once we began accepting this type of work, we unknowing moved ourselves into a whole new industry. With the demands for web based technologies we continued to provide these types of services.
