Sam and Russell were prompt and got my furnace back up and running very quickly. They didn't try to get me to unnecessarily buy a new furnace but fixed mine for a very reasonable price. They did state I needed a new one soon but were honest regarding the condition of my current furnace and also it's efficiency. I will definitely be calling them for planned replacement.

My wife and I hired Sam's heating & cooling to design and install our HVAC system in our new home. All of the employees were very polite and knowledgeable . New chimney liner, chimney was leaking from outside from the previous liner, now it works perfectly with no exterior leaking/condensation

Removed old furnace and condensing unit. Transitioned into existing ductwork with minimal new pieces. Vacuum pumped and soldered in outside unit. Ran new gas line and electric to new unit. Very professional and neat job. Pays attention to detail.

Annual service and repair, and preventive maintenance. I have used Sam's Heating and Cooling for two consecutive years. Reliable, neat and professional appearance and performance. Have extended the life of my furnace with minor and inexpensive repairs that could of proved costly with another HVAC service. Definitely competitively priced.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently replaced a furnace for Dee of Penn Hills. At the end of the day, when we were cleaning up, she kept telling us how happy she was with how everything turned out. This made us happy too!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take pictures of your project and be descriptive. Include as many details as possible. This ensures that you get an accurate price. Is your furnace not working? If so, does it give a diagnostic code? Is it making any unusual sounds? Does it try to run, but then stop? There's no harm in taking the cover off and watching what happens. Also, leave a phone number. We may be able to give you the information that you need over the phone without ever coming to your home, maybe even by text!
