I'll call him "Mr Majik", lol - he was prompt in responding, helpful thru the 'repair diagnosis' phase, showed up early for the appointment, did the repairs exactly as expected (reattaching two springs underneath the sofa), and has very reasonable rates. In short, an excellent experience all round!

The price depends on the job itself, (not on how long it takes)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I can give a quote I would need to know what the issues are. When they say its broke, Whats broke. Springs, frame, fabric torn,seams open ect. If you would like a quote on reupholstery, I need to know what the item is, if you are providing the fabric, do you want new foam.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for American TV for 20 years doing in home furniture repair. Taught upholstery at M.A.T.C.
