- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give my customers a good price. not looking to get rich off of doing work on one job. But to be fair and honest just like I want any other Repair tech to treat my mom or dad.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting my customers face to face and listening to them. what do they need done? what deadline exist? I hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for apartments complex for 28 years and doing side jobs for 12 years. I have become very skilled at what I do. seen some good ways and bad ways of doing things.
