- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, in many legal situations a standard pricing system is very difficult. Each case is unique and may require more of less time than necessary. I take the time to provide an accurate estimate upon further review of each case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation is always free. I take as much time as potential clients need to explain their situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
