My wife and I had the best experience working with Brooke on our wedding. She was the driving force in what my seventy-five year old uncle said was the best wedding he’d ever been to. Not only was she attentive to the unique details of managing an event for 180 guests with different cultural traditions, she led a diverse and talented team of vendors—all of whom she recruited—in catering, photography, illustration, printing, lighting, and event management. Most importantly, she was a pleasure to work with! Her professionalism and consistent execution are so reassuring that you can step back and appreciate her positivity, wit, and intelligence. Brooke was incredible to work with. We could not have pulled our wedding off without her, and I feel so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her. She was incredibly thoughtful and attuned to what our wishes were for our unconventional wedding. She has the fastidious managerial skills to orchestrate a huge gathering requiring multiple vendors, deadlines, details etc. that immediately put us at ease (we knew that if Brooke was in charge of something, we no longer had to worry about it). Brooke led the promotion and planning for the premiere of my independent documentary film in Boston. It was a pleasure to work with her on both a professional and personal level. She was on top of what needed to be done from the beginning to the end. Her control of scheduling and creating social media was key to a successful campaign. She anticipated ‘next-steps’ so that the entire campaign unfolded smoothly. She extended herself in collaborating with others on the team and went out of her way to be supportive. I relied on Brooke to organize and manage the details of the main event — media coverage, ushers and coordination with venue around all matters including testing of screening equipment and set-up for the panel discussion. Thanks in large part to Brooke, the premiere was a success with a full audience in attendance and not a flaw. After the event, Brooke made sure that all social media information and mailing lists were in order for future use. I think you would be lucky to have Brooke as part of your team!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different. I like to discuss the project with the client before determining a quote. If I feel the project is a good fit for me and the client, I always do my best to stay within the client's budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will start with a messaging dialogue with clients, then transition to speaking on the phone. I always like to meet my clients in person if allows-- it's nice to put a face to name and get to know each other face-to-face! During a project I communicate via phone and email and am happy to book in-person meetings and visits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design from the Studio for Interrelated Media. Here I studied Creative Event Production and Community Organizing, and began my career in creating memorable and unique event experiences. I now have professional experience producing events, and many friends' birthday parties under my belt!
