I loved everything about having Loving Cup as the band for my wedding. Working with Colleen was such a pleasure. I am not a very organized person and she took care of everything. I felt like every little detail was completely taken care of. Details I would never even of thought of. I felt completely at ease with Colleen taking care of everything. My wedding even started super late and many guests don't even remember it not starting on time because the band handled everything so well and everything transitioned so smoothly. She really understood my husband and myself, what we liked, and our style. The music was perfect! We loved our wedding but the highlight for us and our guests was Loving Cup. A year later people still talk about the music at our wedding and that it was still the best wedding they have been to, primarily because of the music. I look forward to the day I have an event that warrants me hiring a band again. I would hire Loving Cup again and again. There is not a better band out there to hire for your event because they are extremely talented, sound amazingly great, are super organized, and completely care about making your experience what you have hoped it to be.

There were a couple non-negotiables we had for our wedding. One of which was a live band. Planning a wedding across the country already introduced some difficulties, so finding a band that was easy to work with, understood wedding planning/events, the ability to offer insight, AND could blow the roof off the place was a must. Enter Loving Cup. These guys absolutely rock. First of all, of all the vendors we worked with, Colleen was the most enjoyable. She offered a ton of insight into the planning process, offered guidance and solutions when we were stuck (and even at times when we didn't know we were stuck - yet), and was flexible to an ever changing schedule. She is incredibly calm and cool, and displays a high degree of empathy that was so welcomed during the stresses of the planning process. At the end of it all, I feel like we made a friend more than anything. On to the music. These guys kick ass. Their repertoire is deep, their performance is tight, and they can play anything you’d like. They can satisfy the ears of Dead Heads, Mo-towners, pop junkies, and jazz heads alike. As a music lover and player myself, I was so impressed with their performance and they had the entire room grooving. My (now) wife’s brother even collaborated and played a song with them. I can not recommend these guys enough. They’re super professional, accommodating, and are guaranteed to make you look like you know how to throw a party. If you’re looking for a band - look no further.

Lovin Cup were amazing! They were incredibly professional and easy to work with. Colleen was on top of every organizational detail leading up to the wedding. Loving Cup’s musicianship and song selection were superb. Guests were dancing non-stop from beginning to end of the evening at which point everyone chanted for an encore. Loving Cup rules and are so much more than just a great wedding band. I could not recommend them more highly!

How long would you like the band to play? Are there other elements to your event that require music (ceremony, cocktail, dj)? We arrive 2 hrs before a wedding ceremony, before guests are expected to arrive, or before we are to start. Does the band need to get there earlier than that? Do you have special song requests?
