- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to schedule a meeting and to come up with a plan to start the work and achieve the results the customer wants. To do this an estimate is made and agreed upon, then a timeline is laid out, lastly, work begins as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications in multiple fields of restorative services that include water,fire,and mold remediation qualifications, 30 years of experience working on homes, and years of apprenticeship experience.
