Garrett was out photographer for our wedding. He got along great with everyone and made sure to get all the shots I requested! He even had his own great ideas for different poses and backdrops. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client is treated as an individual and we customize their entire experience with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet for coffee if the situation allows, go over materials regarding how the wedding day or shooting day will flow and what is to be expected of myself and the client, discuss items in regards to building an exact quote and discussing time frames. If this cannot be achieved in person, then emails will be exchanged or SMS messages regarding the details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Boston University in Boston, MA with a major in Photojournalism.
