Kyle was very friendly, caring and honest. He didn't try to sell things we didn't need. I had asked for a mosquito treatment but after inspecting our yard he said he didn't see any evidence of mosquitoes so he didn't feel we really needed that service. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find and I really appreciated that.

Always Wise Pest Solutions is exactly that, a solution, They handled everything, routine pest spray & termite prevention, plus installed a great mosquito control system (I can enjoy my backyard again), and even removed the squirrels that were in my attic and fixed so they can't come back!! Technician is professional and polite. Very knowledgeable. Took the time to answer all of my questions. What I found most impressive was that I thought I needed far more work and was relieved to learn I did not. He could have easily charged me for services I did not need. And, the work completed cost much less than the larger corporate run companies quoted. This is my go-to pest control company now.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pest control is $70 a quarter (4 services per year). Unlimited call backs between services if there is any issues. Termite starts at $300 for a termite bond. If you are a customer buying or selling your home we do a free termite letter for you. All of our other services based off the amount of roof we are sealing, size of crawl space we are fixing. Everyone receives a free home inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our services start with a free home evaluation. Most of our customers never set foot in their attic or crawl space. We inspect top to bottom inside and out to ensure that you, the home owner, are informed about conditions of your house. After that we present the information to you the customer and formulate an action plan about what you can do yourself to help but as well as what we at Always Wise Pest Solutions can do for you as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always Wise Pest Solutions is state certified in Termite, and Pest control. We also hold our commercial applicators license which allows us to treat your property for mosquitos.
