We all know that feeling, the slightest thing that takes you back to an exact point in time. A certain smell, a familiar face, the smallest of things. it's as if you can close your eyes, and you're transported to that place. Lost in time. Wishing you could go back, if only but for 5 seconds. Unbelievable, Mind Blowing, Wow oh WOW, I need a cold shower. These are only a few ways that I can describe the photos, no I mean ART, that Ashley did for my wife. So for our 20th wedding anniversary, my wife decided to surprise me with a book full of gorgeous, artistic boudoir photos of herself. I mean, I knew my wife was smokin' to begin with, but goodness gracious, lord have mercy. When my wife gave me the 12 x 12, leather bound book on our anniversary, I had not clue as to what it could be. The book was well made and of great quality. I thought it was maybe a family photo album. Boy was I freaking wrong! So, do you know what it's like when your brain crashes and reboots? For a few seconds, you can't speak and can't quite remember where you are. That was what opening this book was like. Once my cranial operating system restarted and I was able to log back in, I realized what I was looking at and at that point, my jaw muscles stopped working. All I could do was slowly flip pages while in a mental vegetative state with my eyes glassy, jaw dropping, and drool running down my beard. My wife and Ashley had tirelessly planned, orchestrated, and executed the single greatest present that I have ever gotten or ever will get. Seriously, my wife had her hair done, Ashley did her makeup, and together they planned the poses and outfits. The result was absolute perfection and something that I will cherish (and drool over) for years and years to come. Seriously though, the photos were something you'd expect to see from a major magazine. They were artistic, flawless, and stunning to say the least. I'm speaking as a husband here, but if any wives are thinking about something to get their man, just do it. Ashley girl, you are amazing!

So I stepped out of my comfort zone, and booked a boudoir photo shoot with Ashley. I wanted to surprise my husband with an album to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Ashley has always been our photographer for family portraits and her work adorns every room in my house. I reached out to Ashley and she responded immediately, she was so excited to do a boudoir shoot. I was very nervous, and she and I spoke many times before the session to collaborate on wardrobe, locations, and booking date. Ashley showed up on time, with all of her equipment, and excited to work. Prior to shoot day, she and I chose pieces that would compliment the look that I wanted for the album. I had my hair done and Ashley offered to do my makeup. She made me so comfortable, and we had so much fun doing this photo session. There were many laughs, lots of sweat, and we worked hunny! Ashley guided me through every pose of my face and body so I didn't feel awkward. The images were super classy, the lighting was perfect, and every angle was amazing. She knew exactly what she was doing! She worked with me and went over and beyond, to keep the shoot and album a secret from my husband, and he had no idea what was going on. The album was packaged in a boutique box with ribbon. We chose a 12 x 12, hard bound, black leather, with a simple anniversary date embossing. She and I communicated back and forth until pickup. The album was so much better in person. My husband says it’s the best gift he has ever received and it cannot be topped. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING WORK.
