- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet with prospective customers, to introduce ourselves and to see the project in person. That helps us to provide a solid bid. The better we can understand it customers and their projects, the better we can serve them. Communication is the key to customer satisfaction!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
... What do I want to have when it's done? .... What's my budget? .... Are there details in which I'm not exactly sure what I want? .... What's my time frame? .... Can I be flexible, or are my time frame and budget set in stone? (Communicate your needs)
