- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing at this time. We offer so many services and want the people we are working with to know that we understand all situations are unique. This is something we work out with each individual.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone meeting after proper introduction. Then once the person whom we are working with is comfortable we can meet in person. It is pretty much up to the person whom we are servicing, We like to build the relationship for trust and comfort of anyone who request a service. We want to go above and beyond to help make your vision a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography Education through mentorship program. Interpersonal communications Self taught and on the job trainings.
