Live.Love.Swim

Introduction: I have been swimming since I was 6 years old. I swam competitively from 6-18. I also played water polo and was on the rowing team in college. I have taught lessons to all ages and walks of life, from as little as 6 months, all the way to 70+. I also have experience with special needs clients, using water as a therapy to heal and strengthen their bodies and create a positive one on one relationship with the individual and the water. If you are looking to start from the ground up with your swimming skills, get over fears and feel a sense of safety or would like to take your swimming to the next level and compete in events, I can teach you the tools you need to succeed. I love teaching a life skill that I firmly believe everyone should know how to do. It’s rewarding to see the progress each student/client makes in his or her swimming accomplishments. I want to be able to share my love for swimming with others and show them the positive, safe relationship you can build with all bodies of water.
