Funk Riemann LLP
Tim handled my mother's case with professionalism and integrity. He was responsive to the (multiple) questions we had and thoroughly explained every detail to ensure she not only understood, but also gained peace of mind. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking honest, competent and professional legal representation.Jan 30, 2018Verified

Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We typically work on a contingent fee basis, meaning, we don't get paid unless you do. In some circumstances, we will work on an hourly basis if that makes the most sense for the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We start with a free consultation, preferably in person. We want to get to know our prospective clients, and we want our clients to know us. After that, we mostly communicate by telephone, text and email, whatever the client prefers. When in-person meetings are needed, we are happy to travel to the client's location or host him or her at our offices in the West Bottoms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have more than 20 years' experience handling more than 100 cases involving all different types of litigation, including personal injury, sexual harassment and discrimination claims. We were trained at some of the top national (Boies, Schiller & Flexner) and local firms (Shook, Hardy & Bacon; Berkowitz Oliver), and we graduated from some of the world's top schools (Princeton University, Stanford Law School, London School of Economics, Oxford University, Mizzou and K-State).
