Just when I gave up hope and tired from explaining myself and that my case is valid and no one wants to listen and not get involved. I don’t deserve to get hit as a pedestrian from a lady driving wreck less and in a parking lot. I’m blind and sustained multiple life altering injuries.

I was involved in a car accident that totaled my car. As a result of my injuries and needing to have continuous treatment, I lost my job. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically work on a contingent fee basis, meaning, we don't get paid unless you do. In some circumstances, we will work on an hourly basis if that makes the most sense for the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation, preferably in person. We want to get to know our prospective clients, and we want our clients to know us. After that, we mostly communicate by telephone, text and email, whatever the client prefers. When in-person meetings are needed, we are happy to travel to the client's location or host him or her at our offices in the West Bottoms.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 20 years' experience handling more than 100 cases involving all different types of litigation, including personal injury, sexual harassment and discrimination claims. We were trained at some of the top national (Boies, Schiller & Flexner) and local firms (Shook, Hardy & Bacon; Berkowitz Oliver), and we graduated from some of the world's top schools (Princeton University, Stanford Law School, London School of Economics, Oxford University, Mizzou and K-State).
