Sebastian was extremely detailed in his evaluation of our home. He already had the exterior evaluation done before we even got there... at our appointment time! He was willing to answer any questions we may have had as well as asked us to follow him so he could comment on what he was doing. We got the report only a few hours later and it included pictures of any problem areas he identified. He also included recommendations on how he would address each of the individual issues. I would highly recommend Sebastian and Excalibur Home Inspection to all of my friends and family.

Sebatian was an awesome inspector.He awnsered everyone of my questions without hesitation. Sebastian of Excalibur Home Inspections was a pleasure to work with. He is absolutely personable, knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection and explanation. He arrived very early and did not hesitate to work with my schedule for an inspection to be done within a few days. His report is very detailed with photos and suggestions, and he does not hesitate to offer further help and guidance after the inspection. His inspection methods are up to date and thorough, and Sebastian speaks with you face to face after the inspection to explain everything as clearly as possible. I just got out of the Marines and was looking to get my first house inspected, I didn't know what to expect but they looked at everything informed me on issues that would arise eventually from anything that even might cause harm to the house, was able to set up the perfect date and time for the inspection, he allowed me to follow him around and ask any questions I needed, once all was said and done he sent me the link to the website on the house I had inspection was layed out very perfesonally and was very user friendly the site was available on my cellphone as well and included pictures of the "trouble some" areas as a little reminder on what I might need to fix. If you are unsure about Using Excalibur home inspections I would recommend they fully they did a very nice job and did not leave a stone unturned in the house or even outside on the property.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices start at $299 and vary based upon location and size. I have the most competitive pricing in western New York and offer the most detailed inspection out there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A personal one on one experience. I encourage my clients to ask me as many questions as possible. I verbalize and point out discrepancies so there are no surprises when my report is reviewed. I produce a digital report that comes with its own website link. Delivered within 24hrs of the initial inspection. I preform radon testing with 48hr results. No nonsense. No excuses. I don't care if I get dirty, I do what ever it takes to get the job done. I am proud of my business and the service I perform. After all my reputation is everything. Honorable, reliable service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Marine Corps Veteran. I have over 8 years construction and renovation experience. I currently flip properties in Buffalo NY. I am licensed and insured as a home inspector in New York State.
