What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. I have through the years learned that every project is unique & requires a clear understanding of the client's/customer's needs before a fee can be given.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First there would be a phone conversation to see if I would be compatible with the prospective client. If we both agree that we seem compatible I would then setup a meeting at the customers site to review in greater detail the scope of the project. Once this is accomplished I would be able to provide the customer with a fee & anticipated time line for the completion of my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an Licensed Architect Since 1987 with licenses in Connecticut & New York. Though my work has been varied (residential, commercial & instructional) the majority and first love is residential.
