I had a free consultation with Jonathan and it was an extremely efficient and reassuring process! I owed money on a 2016 tax return that I thought I had paid off but later found out had been sent to collections. He helped me quickly establish the root cause of the issue and recommended what day of the week and time to call the IRS in order to get in touch with their customer service (avoiding the lengthiest wait times!). We hired Jonathan because it’s almost been a year & we still haven’t received our tax refund from the IRS. We’ve gotten letters but couldn’t really understand the lingo. In 20 mins of hiring Jonathan, he found the problem. We were able to reach out to the IRS & even respond to them right before the thanksgiving Holiday. We overnighted our response & are now waiting again but this time we are in control! Jonathan answered all of our questions in record time. Well worth the money spent. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A New Client Needs Assessment is necessary in order to ensure that we can provide you with everything that you need and for you to be sure that we are a good fit. Jonathan would be happy to speak with you or meet with you to discuss your questions in more detail and to provide a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jonathan received his Bachelors Degree of Accountancy from Miami University (Ohio). He has worked for a "Big 4" accounting firm and a Fortune 500 Company. He is a member of the National Association of Tax Practitioners, the American Society of Tax Problems Solvers, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Texas Society of CPAs.
