I was in the market to find a new and highly reliable individual to prepare my 2016 Federal tax returns. After interviewing several potential candidates provided me through Thumbtack I decided to engage Jonathan Wyman, a CPA, PLLC . Obviously tax preparation is by itslef a daunting and emotional experience and so one hopes for the best! From the outset, Jonathan was absolutely terriffic. After our initial interview he kept me informed at every step of the process, since I am a hands on person I like to know what is going on and why. As such Jonathan kept me in the loop so that at each step in proces from organizing my materials through checking the final product Jonathan kept me informed as to not only what we were doing but why. Ultimately after receiving all of the raw materials Jonathan asked a number of questions which I answered and in turn received the completed forms for my review. After asking a few questions the taxes were completed as promised on time and with my input. I feel absolutely confidant that I made the right choice and I look forward to a pleasant business relationship with Jonathan in the future. He is the best!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A New Client Needs Assessment is necessary in order to ensure that we can provide you with everything that you need and for you to be sure that we are a good fit. Jonathan would be happy to speak with you or meet with you to discuss your questions in more detail and to provide a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jonathan received his Bachelors Degree of Accountancy from Miami University (Ohio). He has worked for a "Big 4" accounting firm and a Fortune 500 Company. He is a member of the National Association of Tax Practitioners, the American Society of Tax Problems Solvers, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Texas Society of CPAs.
