Walter was great! He was fast to respond, was able to come out same day, and even earlier than expected! He explained to me what I did wrong (installing a Nest thermostat) and fixed the blown fuse issue in minutes. He also answered all of my questions and made sure the new equipment was working before he left. I would highly recommend his servcies!

First, I was referred to this company by a good friend who works in commercial HVAC. Hes been working in Houston in that field for over 20 years so he knows who is good at their job and his recommendation was to go with Washington, and for me that goes a long ways to start. Washington came out, did a system clean (fair rate) and assessed the situation I was dealing with (uneven airflow throughout my house). He drew out a map of the system explaining why I was having air flow issues and provided a few options to resolve the situation.After about a day he had me a quote which I thought was very fair and we set a date based on my schedule.He was on time, friendly and in this situation most importantly effective at resolving my situation quickly and definitely didnt try to up sell me anything extra. Very positive experience with this company. If you need residential a/c repair in Houston I highly suggest calling Washington A/C & Heating.

This man had such a good trustworthy demeanor on site, he did not rush nor did he make my husband and I seem as if we was asking dumb questions. He was honest he could have came here and told us all types of things were wrong, but he did not do that, he told us everything was ok, so we asked him to a maintenance inspection to make his long trip worth it. We will use him again as well as tell others . Good man.
