I really enjoyed my experience with vendor. He made arrangements to clean my house with one day notice, additionally he worked with me on an early morning appt. of 0700, although he does not normally start that early. He was punctual and clean. And lastly, he honored a misquote. He really came through for me. I would recommend him to anyone looking to schedule a cleaning.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Two rooms $69, three rooms $79, four rooms $99, five rooms $129. Buff/Rotovac $15 per room on top of steam clean price. Tile and grout cleaning .59 cents per square foot. $10 per room for pet treatment. And we also offer a 10% military discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to answer any and all questions. And make the customer feel Comfortable.
