This was my first and only experience using Thumbtack and what a find! Heidi is exceptional! She is such a professional & so sweet! She is accommodating, punctual, has great communication and works with you as an individual. She worked really hard, and I wasn't the only one that noticed! Everyone at my wedding complimented her and said she never stopped snapping photos! She does not push anything on you and simply wants you to be happy with what she does for you. She is very patient. She is an artist and truly knows how to capture. However, she is more than happy to take suggestions that you may have as far as different photo ops etc. I am very happy with her work and would recommend her without question. (I would have uploaded some of our beautiful photos but the files were too large apparently...Check out her website and her FB)

Working with Heidi was great! She really took the time to get all the right moments captured. Heidi made sure to get all of the standard photos I wanted with my friends and family and was willing to take my suggestions on a few of my ideas I had for some of the more out of the box type photos. She was also willing to do portraits of anyone else that asked. It was such a great day. I can't wait to see the rest of the photos.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to chat with customer over the phone, email or text to get a sense of their personality and what is most important for me to capture for them. Once we have a sense I like to send out a detailed questionnaire to obtain more information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in art and have taken photography workshops. I work at a magazine as the Art Director.
