FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically for a wedding I charge $100 for the Bride alone. If makeup for the the Bridal Party is desired, then I charge $20 per extra person. If the bride desires for me to stay in the area for touch ups throughout the wedding, I charge a possible $20 fee (this is because of possible gas expenses, etc.) A trial run can be provided for the bride for an additional $60.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would typically like to meet with my clients to personally introduce myself, and discuss the details of the event and pricing. A possible security deposit will be charged to book and hold your date if hired. As well as one-two simple documents would need to be signed by the client. One stating the price, payment date, and other details. The second one to exempt me from any possible injury or personal reaction that could randomly occur from unknown allergies, etc. or that was unstated by the client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Makeup Artistry has been my passion for years. Since age 10 I have dreamed about making it into a career and shortly afterwards I started practicing on friends and family. After years of practice and dreaming I finally decided to step out and make it my career.
