What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started business in 1993, after working for three years for my mentor, Dan Becker, who owned a similar business named Wet Waxx, while I put myself through college, earning a major in history and a minor in education from Buena Vista University.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for three years for my mentor, Dan Becker, who owned a similar business named Wet Waxx. Dan got out if the janitorial business to become a truck driver.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From current and past customers like bank buildings, hospitals, healthcare organizations, doctor's offices & clinics. We understand how important extreme cleaning looks for you, the term "hospital clean" is more then just lip service. We are HIPPA compliant and understand your needs for confidentiality. Many government offices and buildings, along with numerous grocery stores and many others.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you need to keep your business clean, it can be overwhelming to take the responsibility on yourself, which makes it important that you can trust your cleaning service.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Can I trust these people not only to do a terriffic job cleaning but more importantly can I trust these people in my business after hours?
