Bob and his crew have some of the best craftsmanship I’ve seen. They put in new floor boards, carpets, skylights, cabinets, backsplash, sink, and quartz counter tops. Each time when there was any cosmetic or structural decisions to be made, Bob called me to confirm what I wanted, e.g. the countertop was too deep and required a support beam, which also required to cut the existing drywall, which may have impacted drainage. Bob called to tell me and sent me pictures of what he was looking at, before proceeding to install the rest. What started as a kitchen remodel project, then turned into a full remodel of the entire apartment. Bob ended up putting in new trims, repainting all of the walls, and installed quartz counter tops and vinyl floors in all of the guest bathrooms. Pictures are attached. We ended up selling the remodeled condo, which passed inspections with flying colors. Bob was very responsive with buyer requested minor fixes as well. I would highly recommend Bob.

We hired Bob to remodel our 1990s kitchen and one of the reason we chose Bob was because of his dedication, responsiveness as well as how engaged he was with us in the project. He met with us so many times before the start of the project to carve out the details and showed us the quality of material he was going to use. Along with good quality he offered us a decent price. He wasn't the cheapest but of course the time and effort he spent on our project didn't qualify for cheap either.

We’re giving five stars for how beautiful our kitchen and bathrooms turned out, we are very happy with how everything looks. The project took a lot longer than expected but we appreciate how hard Bob and his team worked to get things done and to make everything right. He also set us up with some specialists in the area for the additional projects we had which was extremely helpful.

Cascadia Granite changed all my three bathroom countertops to granite and replaced the sinks. they also uninstalled the previous countertops and disposed them free. Their quality of work are outstanding at such an affordable price. Our bathrooms look beautiful with these new granite countertops. I recommend their service to anyone with no hesitation.
