FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we schedule an initial consultation to share the needs for the project and lay in a plan for to accomplish the project goals. We will go through a series of questions so that we both can be on the same page and complete the project in a timely manner for you, the client. This can be on the phone or in person. Depending on the project we will schedule review of the designs, and hone in our focus on the best image for the project and move through to completion. I do my best to listen well and try to capture the needs of my client early on, saving both time and money. With final approval, payment is submitted and the produce files are shared with the client for their use. I am available for assistance also, after the project is completed if needed. If my clients are successful with the projects we produce then we are successful and that is our goal... happy and successful clients. Let's get started. Let's make something great together!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an art major in college at Wake Forest. After college I worked for my family's business. My Father needed my help so I stayed to assist him. After his retirement, it was my opportunity to seek a creative career. I found Graphic Design. It offers the artistic outlet that I need, plus I love helping people solve problems. It is the perfect job for me. I absolutely LOVE IT!
