- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the job. If its a big job for example it prices for material and square ft if its a small job its by the work involved for a dailey rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You have to get to know your customer and what they like and are looking for because you dont want to do a job they arent happy with. Stay in contact with my customers that way we both stay on top of the progress and when the jobs done i stay in contact with them to make sure it is what they wanted. Because they are not just a customer they are part of my business family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing masonry work since i was 14 years old starting as a laborer. Then when i was 21 i moved on to doing stone work real and fake for 4 years. Then i started my business
