Introduction: I've been working with computer hardware and software since I was about six years old; it seems to come naturally to me. I've been in the military and had a wide variety of jobs, so I'm no stranger to overcoming adversity. I know how to read an instruction manual and figure out a system or problem, but I'm also capable of improvising when no clear path exists. I've had several jobs in the construction field, including home renovation, commercial flooring, and new construction. I understand that not everyone has the time to fiddle with their computer. Most people want to simply turn it on and use it; I actually enjoy solving problems that pop up. I've done this type of work in corporate and home environments, as well as for people with disabilities. I really enjoy working and helping people.
