FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are not the cheapest be we are reasonable for the service we offer. we are willing to work with customers to fit there budget they just need to let us know there budget and we will do our best to make it work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our process is a open line of communication, being transparent with the customer talking them through the process and making sure they understand the service we are providing. It's my opinion that it is very unethical to surprise people at the end of a job with a long list of extras that add significantly to the final price, so by keeping the customer informed and having signed change orders the customer always know where they are at in terms of project cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have college education in architecture and business administration, also I held an 01 electrical journeyman license for 10 years.
