- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing is just a standard hourly rate. Nothing more. We make sure our work is completed right the first time. We have never had a call back for any issue in our all of years of service! We take great pride in that! By charging hourly rates, we are able to correctly diagnose and fix your problem the first time. We determine the root cause of the problem and the most cost-effective solution to resolve it. No hidden fees or diagnostic fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will explain the entire process to you and stay in constant contact throughout the entire process. If we are working on your computer remotely, we will stay on the phone with you the entire time (if you would like) while we are logged into your computer. Remote work can ONLY be done if your computer turns on and you are able to connect to the internet. If you are a local client, PC Technologies can log in remotely or you are welcome to drop off your device. We do offer on-site services for local clients.
