Mike was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with all of my computer problems. He sought out and purchased the appropriate replacement parts for me to ensure that they were the correct part for my laptop. His responsiveness was amazing and he got back to me immediately with all of my questions and concerns, as well as stayed in touch the entire time he was repairing my laptop. He installed malware and virus protection on my computer as a courtesy and ran scans to clean my computer. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Most of my pricing is just a standard hourly rate. Nothing more. No hidden fees or diagnostic fees!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will explain the entire process to you and stay in constant contact throughout the entire process. If I am working on your computer remotely, I will stay on the phone with you the entire time (if you would like) while I am logged into your computer. Remote work can ONLY be done if your computer turns on and you are able to connect to the internet. If you are a local client, I can log in remotely or you are welcome to drop off your device. I do also offer on-site services for local clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Small businesses, engineers, churches, software developers, home office, residential clients, elderly, local government, students, military, retired, veterans and disabled clients.
