- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always be completely up front with you about any charges that will occur to you. No hidden fees ever. I do not charge any additional tax on top of my agreed upon cost for services rendered. All tac is built into my prices to ensure saving you money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first introduce myself, and let the customer get to know me as well as me get to know them. I believe that when we can be comfortable around each other, everything regarding my work begins to flow easier and we have a lot more fun in the process. Once me and my customer get to know each other a little bit, I like to setup a face to face meeting or online FaceTime meeting to discuss what their vision and dream is for their event, wedding, or photo shoot. Once we have nailed down what their vision is, I discuss costs and go over my contract of doing business with them. After that, its smooth sailing through the time of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees in Photography / Videography and Business which has helped me know how to work with customers from pre-production planning all the way through delivery of the product.
