- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates over the phone or in person. If the estimate requires trouble-shooting, there will be an $85 diagnostics fee. Once the problem is identified, the $85 will be waived per agreement with the customer of flat-rate cost to fix the problem. I will always communicate with you and be honest with you about necessary repairs and cost. We will never sell you something you don't need and value integrity and character above financial gain.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak with you over the phone to get as much information as possible. This will help us to either give you an estimate over the phone, or to get a better idea of what the job would entail upon arrival if estimating over the phone is not possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educated at one of the best technical schools possible, I received the highest training available for the plumbing industry. After working in the field under respectable and knowledgeable licensed plumbers, I began working toward becoming licensed myself. I obtained my P1 Plumbing License through the State of North Carolina and receive continued education annually to stay up-to-date with the ever-evolving industry.
