- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to provide a fairly accurate quote over the internet, but an in-home quote is always best. I provide free quotes, at your convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A walk-through prior to the first clean is a great time to ask questions, and just be sure that we are both on the same page. I will take notes, and also give the customer a chance to ask questions, and request any add-on services that they might wish to have performed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began nannying in 2002, and fell in love with caring for others. Housekeeping and organization are a big aspect of that job, so when I left my last nanny job in 2014, I decided to take on housekeeping full time. I enjoy being my own boss, and love the relationships I have created with my customers.
