Introduction: I take pride in what I do,whether is a shingle roof repair or a tile floor installation. I am very punctual and extremely honest. If I can`t do the job I`ll let you know and if possible recommend someone who can. I enjoy helping people with their home projects. Maintaining a home can be very stressful and certainly more so for someone who is not handy with home repairs. Seeing the relief in peoples faces when I finish a home repair is very gratifying. I really enjoy doing tile work.

I initially hired Jim to do a roof repair on some missing shingles. After getting to know him, I felt very confident in his abilities and now use him exclusively for any home repair projects. He has done a small bathroom remodel, replaced ceiling fans, cleaned some gutters, unclogged the dryer vent, etc, etc. My kids have taken a liking to him as he always makes the extra little effort to answer their questions. I highly recommend him for any of your small project home repairs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate for smaller jobs with a 2 hr. minimum and have set prices for certain types of jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like meet with the customer and visually see the job. If we agree on a price,then schedule the job based on everyone's availability I believe in being extremely flexible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with many professionals in various phases of construction over the years. Also went to college a few years back in the Industrial Systems Technology field
