Introduction: Cafe Ybor Food Bus serves delicious gourmet grilled and pressed sandwiches, southern-style salads, soups and desserts to our customers in Austin since 2014. True, our cuban sandwiches are what we're known for but customers also crave our unique combinations of meats, cheeses and veggies piled high on perfectly pressed or toasted bread.
