- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With AWC, we make sure we and our new customers are on the exact same page as to what work is expected this is also when we answer any of your questions or concerns. We then leave you alone as best we can while we complete our services for you. Once work is complete we perform our self walk through, we then find you for a walk through together, finally finish with invoice signatures and payment and set up your next appointment!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How much you're willing to spend for this project? Have a number in mind, even if the professionals quote higher, you'd be surprised how much they'll work with you on pricing and payment options. Are there any other projects you need to be attended to? Often times your professional will have more than one service offered. Don't be afraid to ask if they offer it as well. Sometimes we don't even list out all of our services!
