What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may be priced lower than the market calls for. This is done on purpose. I have experience with planning corporate events and my own wedding. I recently planned my own wedding in one month's time and I realized how pricey everything is because it is "wedding" related. It doesn't have to be. I enjoy what I do, and I want to share with you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet 1-1 to discuss the dream and what is important to them. I like to bring ideas to the table and make the experience a pleasant one!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in training for 11 years so that makes me quite organized. I am a self-taught artist and creative in nature. I enjoy using my Cricut for making vinyl designs and also love anything craft related.
