FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Priced by the job for the most part. By the hour when requested. It's $82 an hour. It's easy to give a ballpark price with the right information. I'm not trying to be the cheapest possible price, that's not my market. I'm more concerned with using quality materials and going the extra mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give a to get as much information over the phone and try to give what prices I can over the phone and via pictures. If the person is serious then I give my time fuel for free to meet with them some evening, figure out the details and measure. And say, "yes this is what I thought it was. The prices are good." If the customer sees the value in it then I get to it as soon as I'm able. sometimes the hardest part is getting everybody on the same page for example: TILE shape, size, color, boarders, glass.... Get on pintrest and send me all the stuff you like and only then can I begin to give options in some cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots of work with huge variety. Not afraid to step out side of the normal box. Scouts. Always in a job positions that push your skills and knowledge to the next level. I'm interested in doing commercial/ residential general contractor, less hammer swinging and more planning, coordination, project management. But I still need these little jobs to to keep everything rolling at this point.
