FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a basic external onboarding process, send a welcome email and a hand written welcome card. Clients will receive additional information from us over the next few days to help insure you get the most out of your time and the best results from your project. We schedule a 10 minute project kickoff call to connect personally with our clients and to communicate key project information. This will help reaffirm that hiring Lawns of Perfection Landscaping was a smart decision. It helps our clients feel safe and secure with their decisions. "Expectations"- Our company is up front and we are crystal clear on exactly what our clients expect from us and what we expect from them. We discuss major milestones and deadlines, as well what happens if we miss any agreed upon deadlines. "Process"- We remind our clients of the process we will be taking them through for the project, communicate major milestones and what is crucial understanding points. We provide our clients educational training material focusing on enhancing projects helping them get clarity, gain focus and learning the terminology we will be using through the jobs. We send out questionnaires and satisfactory evaluations. "Reminder/Check-ins"- We do not just send out questionnaires, we are there to talk about any aspect along the way. It is part of our job to empower them and help them feel confident.

I have had 5 years of lawn care work before starting my own business. I was a ground maintenance manager/working foreman 4 out of the 5 years and was taught by one of the best.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working for other landscaping companies, I realized how much I enjoyed giving beauty and satisfaction to a customers property. So after putting tremendous amounts of thought into it, I decided it was time to take it to the next level and start my own landscaping business.
