- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two standard pricing methods which is determined by parts of the events and number of coordinators needed, whichever is greater for success. We are willing to negotiate your price to fit your specific needs and all details will be outlined in a specific contract. 1 Coordinator - Ceremony for 2hrs - $100 - Includes pre-ceremony and exit - Ceremony, Cocktail hour, Reception for 4 hours - $300 2+ Coordinators - $100 per coordinator - If we are the point of contact for payments and deposit there is a $50 additional fee. -Setup and clean up is $100. It is important to discuss timeline in order to ensure that your decorations can be setup within the time frame you have paid your venue and reception must end on time. We guarantee to adhere to the specific hours of your event to ensure any additional fees do not occur with other vendors. We work with all customers and all budgets! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to make sure your event is worry free we like to schedule our one-on-one meeting with the clients to get an understanding of their vision of their event. All clients who submit their deposit will receive their very our DIY Wedding Planning Guide created to help ensure that your event is organized and meeting deadlines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jessica Horne is a professional event coordinator for DePaul University. The previous experience planning large scale events for universities such as DePaul University, Governors State University, and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville inspired her to keep the family business growing. Earnestine Greene is an ordained minister and founder of Ice Castle Wedding Services. She started the company in 2002 and licensed the company in the state of Illinois and Cook County since 2006.
