I lost heat and had already committed to another installer to fix my furnace. That company kept delaying installation and it was 5 degrees outside and we were going into the second week with no heat. Larson responded to my thumbtack request on a Thursday evening and by Friday 2 pm I had heat again. He found the part and advised me regarding the job. They are now my go to for all things HVAC!
