Noble Path Coaching

Our mission is to provide integrative health and wellness coaching services that empower and facilitate people to take action to achieve their goals for lifestyle change. We provide a free Intro to Coaching Session (15-30 min) to get started. There are First Coaching Sessions and On-going Coaching Sessions. We also offer health and wellness coaching packages (30-day, 3-month, and 6-month). These sessions and packages cover a variety of topics on health and well-being assessment, creating a wellness vision, goal setting, action steps, lifestyle and behavior change, health programs and referrals, lifestyle maintenance, self-reliance, and more. Rates are $75 - $100 (sliding scale) per individual session. Rates per package are $299 (30-day), $699 (3-month, with payment plan option), and $1299 (6-month, with payment plan option). We love health and wellness coaching because it is a collaborative partnership with people in a creative and thought provoking process. Together, we clarify your vision, strengths, values, needs, and goals. We use strategies, resources, tools, and supports with action steps to achieve goals.
