What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are required to be A+ & CIW certified. However, many of our technicians carry other certifications such as Network+, Security+, Project+, and many more.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with consumers, small businesses, and large businesses. We believe that there is not a project that is too big or too small.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Inquire if the company employee(s) / the individual is at the bare minimum A+ certified (for PC) or CIW certified (for Web). The reason this is important is that it shows that you are dealing with a qualified technician, who has proven their knowledge in the applicable field and can truly resolve your issues. Above all else ask questions, it is your right as a consumer.
