- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on your guest count for the most part but can also depend on your needs as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. To start we will schedule a free initial consultation where you will have the opportunity to get to know us and tell us about you vision as well as your expectations. 2. After the consultation, the ball will be in your court, and we will wait to hear from you about whether or not you will like to book. 3. In order to book a contract must be signed and a deposit must be paid. A digital contract and invoice will be sent to the provided email. Both are able to be completed online. 4. Once your payment has cleared you will receive a welcome email as well as an invitation into the client portal. If it was not showed to you at the initial consultation, a brief phone call will be scheduled with you to do a tutorial on how to use the client portal. 5. After you have become acclimated with the client portal, it's showtime. Let the planning commence!
