Introduction: Jonathan Greene knew at an early age that he always wanted to be a Chef. His love of great food and cooking grew from childhood experiences with his mother and trying to emulate his father’s “special red rice.” He had no formal training; he taught himself culinary techniques, with the aid of French and Italian cookbooks he would check out through local libraries. Later, he would rely on intuition and feedback from customers, friends and family to refine his recipes.
He brings 18 years of experience and cooks from the heart and in his words ‘the soul’.
