What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually contact them via their preference and get a feel for what they’re looking for. I’ll ask for pictures and ideas so I can get an idea of their expectations. Communication is key between both parties so I know that it is important that I be honest with my work and strive to do a great job.
